Our Story
More Than Pickleball
Fun Spot Pickleball at Skyway is part of a larger community vision. Jason, through The Angry Independent, is building a place where families, friends, and players of all backgrounds can connect, compete, stay active, and feel like they belong.
Affordability is a major part of the mission — indoor recreation shouldn't feel out of reach for everyday people and families.
Jason believes in inclusion based on respect, not class level. People should feel welcome because of how they treat others — not because of income, status, profession, or background.
Affordable Play
Quality indoor recreation that remains accessible.
Respect-Based Inclusion
A welcoming environment built on mutual respect.
Community First
A place for friendships, families, events, and connection.
Bigger Vision
Fun Spot Pickleball is the beginning of a long-term plan to develop a larger multi-sport facility serving the community beyond pickleball.
